At Jangro we are committed to mitigating our environmental impact while influencing our depots and others in the cleaning industry to do the same. We understand the importance of consistency of vision and unwavering dedication to efficient social and sustainability policy. We categorise our impact into three sections: Greenhouse gas emissions, waste and ethical impact.
The importance of sustainability has prompted the creation of Jangro's sustainability and innovation committee, which has brought the topic to the forefront of our agenda, meaning that every business decision is now taken with it in consideration.

We're so pleased to launch a brand new initiative which provides us with the opportunity to literally give something back to the environment and create something beautiful. Jangrow is a new, exciting, and innovative tree planting scheme. The aim is to gift an infant cell tree to our customers, who can then plant them in their own grounds. It's a great way to incorporate our clients and customers into our sustainable plans for this year.
The more trees, the better the environment! Trees help to absorb carbon from the atmosphere, provide homes for a range of species and help to regenerate degraded areas.
Our adherence to ISO:14001 & ISO:20400 ensures our environmental compliance obligations are controlled through rigorous management systems to ensure our ongoing development continues to help us reach our environmental targets.
Jangro is Planet Mark certified, which ensures our commitment to consistent tracking of our Carbon Footprint and environmental impact mitigation. As a result of our efforts over 2022, we have contributed to ten UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as shown below and our sustainability team is focused, and actively working for ways in which we can contribute towards more of these goals.
